SchoolFusion

SchoolFusion is the Learning Management System tied to Freedom's webpage. When a student logs in, links to their class, club, and team pages appear along the left side of the window. In addition, their calendar (accessed by clicking My Calendar) will display all their class homework assignments and upcoming events.

Basically, SchoolFusion and Freedom's webpage are the same thing.

Freedom students should not register for a SchoolFusion website account. All students have accounts based on their Student ID#. Students should log in using the ID# for both the UserID & Password. Then, students may add their email address and change their password. If a student forgets their password they must have a teacher email the system administrator for assistance while in school. Students who have provided an email account can have their password emailed to them at home.

Parents and guardians may register for the SchoolFusion Website at any time. Accounts are active immediately and parents are able to link to their students. Parents do not need to join their student's classes and activities. If you follow the Parent Guide, your account will be automatically linked to your students' account.

Edulink

The Edulink Intouch Online system is brought to you by Prince William County Public Schools, the Prince William County Public Schools Education Foundation and local business sponsors.  This parent-school communication system allows secure access to student information such as school attendance and grades.

Parents/Guardians must register online for an Edulink Account. Accounts take approximately 2 business days to process. Account information must be picked up in the school main office between the hours of 7am to 4pm. Only the legal parent/guardian who requested the account may pick up the account. A photo ID is required. Once the account has been picked up it will be actived within 2 business days. Please click on these links for Frequently Asked Questions and PWCPS policies regarding Edulink accounts.

If you have an existing account, but do not remember your User ID and Password, please come to the school main office. They maintain a list of all existing accounts and passwords. This information will not be distributed via phone or email. Please do not call the school for your account information.
